Order Dispatch Time:
All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Delivery Time:
Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 4–5 business days across India, depending on your delivery location.
Shipping Charges:
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, a small handling fee may apply.
Order Tracking:
After dispatch, you’ll receive an SMS or email with a tracking link to follow your package in real-time.
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations.
That’s why we offer an easy 7-day return or replacement policy on eligible items.
You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The item received differs from what you ordered.
The product is unused, in original condition, with all packaging intact.
Once your return request is approved, our courier partner will arrange reverse pickup from your address.
After receiving and inspecting your returned product:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
For COD orders, refunds will be initiated via bank transfer or UPI (details will be collected after approval).
In case of replacement, your new item will be dispatched within 2–3 business days after return pickup.
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
This includes:
Personal care or skincare products that have been opened or used.
Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — but you can still request a return after delivery.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
